What an adventure to get to Muang Ngoy 😅 After a quick breakfast in Luang Prabang, we drove to Nong Khiaw, about 3.5 hrs north. Then took a boat about 1 hr 30 mins north, to finally arrive in Muang Ngoy 😀 where we settled into the Ning Ning guesthouse 🏡 a very simple, but beautiful accommodation perched high above the Nam Ou river. Everyone at Ning Ning’s was super nice, and everything their restaurant made was super delicious! 😋 We were especially lucky to find a great driver for this trip, his name is Pone. I will leave is contact information below if you need a driver in and around Luang Prabang, you should definitely contact him. His van was clean, comfortable and he drove us very safely to Nong Khiaw to catch the boat to Muang Ngoy. He actually drove us in our last video too!
